Refund & Cancellation Policy
In some cases, you may not be able to attend our scheduled session. Since I only take on so many appointments per week, you need to cancel in advance so that there is time for someone else to fill your spot. To cancel, please send an email to me to determine when the cancellation notice was sent.
- Cancellation up to 72 hours before the start of the photo session qualifies for a 100% refund.
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the photo session qualifies for a 50% refund.
- There are no refunds within 48 hours of the start of the session.
- Not showing up for the session will result in a forfeiture of your fees.
- The photographer may allow you to reschedule a session once in case of illness. An email or phone call must be placed to me before the start of the session.
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the prints you order are not of the quality you expect, simply contact me within 7 days after you have received them and I will either fix your concern or refund your purchase price…the choice is yours. After the 7 days, refunds will no longer be given.
