How much does it cost to have a portrait created?
Prices for portrait sessions start at $50, however, please call for a consultation to discuss costs.  Prints are additional.

How will a portrait consultation make our portrait better?
During our exclusive consultation, we will decide on style, wardrobe and feel. Most photographers do not do this because most don’t want to take the time. For me, this is how I get to know you, how I am able to see what you want to show through this photograph. Call me today and you will see for yourself what I can do for you and your family.

Where are you located?
My studio is located in State Road, NC, but consultations are done at my office in Elkin, NC.

Why do I have to come and visit for a portrait consultation?
Getting to know your photographer is important. It is as much for you to get the feel of me as for me to get the feel of you. All the details we discuss will be very important to the success of your portrait. Many of those topics you will need to see at my studio.

How Long will it take to view your photos and info?
If you are having a maternity, family, engagement or senior portrait session, you can expect your pictures to be ready for printing within 2 weeks and any prints or special order items within 4 weeks from the viewing session date.  After a portrait session, I will look over all the images within 48 hours and edit my 2-3 favorites of the day.  These pictures will be completely edited and displayed on my website as a “sneak peek” or “first look”.  After the rest of your session is fully edited, you will receive and email or phone call to let you know that they are ready for viewing.  If you would like to purchase a digital negative with copyrights the price is $50.
